Yes, dogs can have hemorrhoids. They can also have impacted anal glands that may look like a hemorrhoid.

If Sienna has a stuck poopy again, try using warm water instead of squeezing. Put her rear end in the bath.

Depending on what you are seeing, you may want to have your vet take a look at Sienna to make sure she doesn't have an anal gland problem. If it is the gland, it could rupture.
