Capt Noonie, last night of Iron Chef, they were using uni (sea urchin) in several of their recipes. I may have had it because I sometimes eat sushi. One guy on the show was cooking bone marrow; so, you actually eat the marrow in the bone?
I told my husband, "Capt Noonie loves uni...she even named her yorkie Uni." He said, "Who!!!" He should have know it was from yt!!
