One of my babies had problem with her bath.
I bathe her in the sink.
First I tried putting a towel to stand on so she wouldn't slip. That calmed her a lot. And then I realized that she didn't like the water in her face, so I tried bathing her the next few times without dropping any water to her face. When she realized that she wouldn't have any trouble with her face she was far more calm during her bath. Then I started gradually to clean her face pouring small amounts of water with a cup. I have seen a great improvement and we keep working on it.
Also never forget that you have to be very calm yourself so your pup can count on you when she's not sure of herself
