When blood sugar becomes too low, a dog can lose its appetite, and if something isn't given them they can go into hypoglycemic shock. So I'd rub a little corn syrup on the roof of the mouth or gums and see if he'll eat something, and it might take up to 20 minutes to work. I'd probably try to find an emergency vet. You really should be talking to your breeder about this.
