Just seeing this. I am curious...did the original vet do any lab studies? I did not see a mention of it.
His symptoms sounded so much like pancreatitis although could be many things.
Any time a dog vomits that much, he should go to a vet immediately. I am just mentioning this for future reference.
I do hope he is better today. Poor little guy.
