I disagree about the types of dogs that bite or attack.
A golden retreiver attacked my poodle this summer. He was in no way provoked he just walked over and before I knew it he had my dogs head in his mouth shaking him.
This was a person friendly dog and no one even dreamed he'd do this.
Luckily there was several people there (I was to horrified to do anything but scream) and got my baby fast enough to not cause any permanant damage. But this dog runs free all the time, and goldens are not known to act like this, he may wind up killing someones beloved pet right in front of their eyes and yes I think its the owners resposibility to keep their dogs under control.
Not just rotties but ALL dogs. |
