I hurried to get back on here as soon as I could this morning. I'm so relieved that Connie and Patti have talked to Patti. It looks like she's getting some great advice and help here.
I just feel awful that the link I pasted started this.
My feeling is she already had the virus or malware and it struck at the same time she was trying to prevent it.
