I just spoke to a friend of mine who had the same virus you have. He tried everything and his only solution was to reinstall windows, which I believe is the disk you have.
You have to put the disk in your computer. Restart your computer. Let your computer boot up with the disk. Reinstall Windows.
You will lose everything on your computer. It will be (hopefully) as though you just bought a new computer.
Do you need to save anything on your computer or can you just wipe it out? You can save things to an external hard drive (you would have to go buy one).
