Hi, I am so very very sorry, as I have said something very similar also happened to my sisters Yorkie "mannie", we are in the Uk too...he also did not survive the attack. We were told there was nothing the police were able to do, because it was a dog! and not a person! Our "Mannie" was a person to my sis...
