I had a young girl who worked in our office get a matching set on the top of both her feet and when she placed her feet together (side by side) they formed one image. One foot had a beautiful rose and a banner that read "Love" & on the other foot was this evil looking creature with the rest of the banner that read "Hate".
The tattooist told her she better start out with the foot that had the word "Hate" because it was going to hurt so bad that this way she'd definitely want to come back and get the "Love" part finished.
I have to say your tattoo is very original and I love the anklet design too!
