i have a wiggly giggly ball from petco..it was on sale for 7$ and is maisy favorite toy. it makes noises when she pounces on it and when it rolls. She loves chasing it i think its because shes not the one making the noise..like all her other squeaky toys they make noises when she bites down but this one makes noises even when she touches it! as for wiggly i dont know..maybe the name means when it wiggles then it giggles (the noise) idk.
