Just wanted to say a big "thank you" to everyone who provided advice and encouragement with Scarlett. She is doing so much better than she was this time 2 weeks ago. Even the vet commented today on how pleased she was with her progress.

She's gained 9.6 oz (up to 2.2 lbs) in 2 weeks. She's eating Wellness canned and softened kibble like a champ. She's even stealing some of Rhett's kibble when she gets the chance.

I didn't mention it in the earlier threads, but I had been worried about her back legs. She just seemed so weak. That has totally resolved, she's running and pouncing every chance she gets. She's very playful and takes absolutely no guff from Rhett when he tries to take her toys.

She's a piddle pad champ, except when it comes to going poo. Then she does such an intricate "dance" that she works herself right off the pad in to the middle of the bathroom floor, LOL.

Oh, and her teeth are coming in full force. She's got 3 new teeth and about 4 more that should pop through any minute now.

So on behalf of Miss Scarlett, thank you all very much. She's well on her way to being a happy, healthy girl.
