Being too nice about it. Tell them to get something done about it or you are reporting them at the end of the week! I wouldnt put up with that. I pay $750 for a crappy apartment on bad side of town. But they take care of me. We had roaches coming from downstairs and I told the several times but they were still coming. So I assumed they still didnt do anything. I went to the office and talked to manager and said I will not complain again. They either fix the problem or I was gonna report them the next day. Sure enough no more roaches. Matter of fact instead of sending the bugman out once a month, they send him twice now! Good luck.
