When Leia potties on the pad, praise her profusely immediately after she does it. Never stop giving praise for correct potties. Give her a small treat (I use a single kibble).
If you make her think you are extremely happy the instant she pees on the pad, she will want to go there for positive attention.
Do not scold her for incorrect potties. If you catch her in the act, say "uh uh uh," but don't do it angrily. Then bring her to the pad and use keywords and phrases to indicate the pad is the correct place to potty.
