I purchased a very small puppy from GiGi in June of 2008, her name was Trinket. On Monday, I accidently dropped Trinket and she died immediately. The guilt is almost too much for me to bear. I called GiGi immediately, I wanted to GiGi to know how very very sorry I was and that it was a terrible accident. I was scared, embarassed and ashamed to call GiGi, but inturn, GiGi was very kind an compassionate. Before we hung up, she said if I needed anything "just to call she would be there". When you arrive to pick up your new puppy, she's very very accomodating, I felt as if I had known her forever. Her yorkies are exquisite and it shows.
