hi,
i'm not sure if there are any flea drops for pups that young, but i think it may be a tea tree and fine tooth comb job!
with the momma, get a bowl of hot water (Not boiling) with some tea tree essential oil- be liberal with it!
every time you run the comb through her coat dab it in the bowl. this will kill the fleas. then bath her in a sensitive shampoo to get the excess off.
im not sure that would be good for the pups, but fine tooth comb them and wipe the comb on a peice of kitchen roll dampened by the diluted tea tree.

ive never had to deal with this problem with pups, but my cousins dog is a working dog and i have to fde-flea her quite often with this method.

i hope this works for them and as said above, watch out for any other parasites and treat the pups as soon as they are old enouh- prevention is better than cure!

all the best!
