 Mentor
My vet is my mentor. He and his wife are the parents to our sire, and he has pretty much given me all of the information that I need so far - along with the added benefit of being only a phone call away! He has done this for years, and I am thankful to have such great knowledge and advice at my fingertips. My hope was simply to get some advice from others who have gone through the same thing. I know from my own human pregnancies that there are some things better learned from friends than a doctor! (haha!) And I also know that, as much as we try not to, sometimes we forget a thing or two. With many 'advisors' I'm hoping to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks, so to speak! |
