I have stopped getting the Rabies and DHPP together(on the same day) because its just too much to give these little ones all at one time. It will take 3-7 days for a pup to recover and start feeling themselves.

It is recommended to separate the Rabies vac by 4-6 weeks of any other vaccines, and not to give the Leptospirosis vaccine at all to little dogs.

I think it would be safe to allow your pup a few more days to recover, but if she continues to vomit, definitely put a call in to your vet.
