There is hope, but she does sound extremely sick. A lot protein, homemade diet can be tried, but at this point it may not do much good.
In my opinion, this is an emergency situation and she needs to be evaluated at the University of Tennessee immediately. I don't know if surgery is an option in a 1.5lb pup (although they do a lot of LS surgery for very small Yorkies) and she probably needs to be stabilized first. Her best chance is to take her there immediately.
