I suggest reading up on each breed and their specific needs. I don't know much about the other two, but Yorkies have very special needs, including possible health problems, that every buyer should take into consideration before buying.
I would buy the puppy that you can provide the best care for. Each of the breeds are equally cute (though I'm partial to Yorkies, of course!) IMO.
