That's an older show and was awful to watch ...but what is even worse is how long it took to shut that guy down and all the tricks he used to stay in business
I KNOW this country can do better by these dogs than they do - it should NOT be an ongoing problem with multiple visits by Animal Rescue Agencies -
If they see abuse ...they should be able to STOP it without it taking months and months. I despise the way dogs are treated in this country - they are abused far too often and the people profiting off their backs are just slapped on the hand.
