Thanks for the good advice. We need it. The three of us just came back from our evening walk. Dinky is only 18 weeks old so he walks just a short time. Most of the time, he just wants to go back home! We take turns carrying him. We walk a little over 2 miles. We ended with me taking Dinky to his potty spot. Then when we walked into the house, Dinky saw my hubby and acted as if he were some strange man!
Tonight we are going to put hubby's shirt over Dinky's crate and then tomorrow they will have some alone time. I do believe that time will do the trick. We've only had him for two weeks. It really isn't getting better though. The one on one is what they need.
