I'm sorry your poor baby had to go through this. We all make mistakes, but not calling personally to tell you of the mistake is inexcusable. The vet needs to stand up and take responsibility for the actions of the staff. I hope your baby heals quickly. This is just hard to comprehend, I'm just shocked, that a so called animal lover, which you would think someone who got into veterinary medicine would be, would not at least be checking on your baby after their mistake.
