shes never been breed, and if you look closely you can see the scar from her spay a year ago--and yes a ultrasound would be the only other way. i guess my vet doesnt pay attention ( i do know she has alot of patients to rember everything) but i told her the day i got her and brought her in for a check up that she just had her stitches out that morning from the spay she had done buy another vet.
