The one I got on the inside of my wrist didn't hurt too bad but the one my husband got on his ring finger.... he said it definitely didn't feel good! The one he got on his arm wraps around pretty closed to the very inside (close to the underarm) but doesn't go full-circle. He said that one was pretty ouchy close to each end.
