Hi,

Does anyone know of a good cheaper vet? I want to rescue this male Yorkie who was abused. He was kicked and therefore his hip is dislocated and he needs surgery but I don't have a TON of money. Perhaps, someone knows something else besides surgery that might be just as effective to helping him. I read somewhere they might be able to put a tight paste like cast around the leg to hold it in place while it heals for a couple weeks but I don't know if that would even be possible in his case. Any help ASAP would be much appreciated!
