Once they have had all of their shots, take them to puppy classes, take them to friends who have dogs, etc. just expose them to other dogs. As puppies they should just be naturaally curious fand curious. if they are shy and fearful, then they were not socialized by the breeder. Then you need to take it a lot slower.
