[WV~Yorkies]

My daughters boyfriend went to have his dog neutered ( black Lab) . He wanted to use my vet but he was out of town and he wanted it done while on vacation. So he went to one I really don't like and was upset from the start. They didn't remove his testicles. I was shocked I have never heard of neutering the dog and leaving the testicles. I can understand what purpose leaving them would be. This really bothered me. Only reason I can see them doing it would be money. So later on they will say they need to be removed because of risk of cancer.

Has anyone heard of this? Anyone have any thoughts?
