There have been a couple of occasions over the years were my groomer has given the dog rasor burn and I have done it on occasion myself ! It happens to the best of groomers espectially with wiggly pups. I wouldn't fault the groomer. Sticking with the same groomer gives the dog a chance to get used to the groomer and the groomer to get used to the dog, hope that makes sense .

PS: I keep a tube of cortisone cream on hand for these little accidents, usually a couple of applications fixes everything up nicely ! |
