Several things can be going on with your girl. Enteritis being the most likely, however, she needs to be seen by a vet ASAP. Diarreah is the fastest way to dehydrate a dog.....If this is the case flagyl will be the prescribed med.

Keep her out of the heat, feed her rice and boiled, skinless, boneless chicken....Pedialyte is also a good way to rehydrate her...that and make sure she's drinking plenty of fluids.
