Default Groomer gave Gatsby razor burn.

so I searched all over town and went to visit about 15 different groomers until i came to the woman who I took Gatsby to today. because im not really sure its her fault and i wont ruin her business with what my have been my dog being to wiggly i will call her Patty.
Patty has a wonderful grooming boarding/daycare business she has one employee who works the daycare/boarding while she grooms during the day.
i watched her groom several Yorkie(all owned by the same person) before i took my baby in to be groomed one of then had very long hair and they took it down to a puppy cut and one was badly matted(they had just come from a puppy mill moms rescue earlier that week) of the two Yorkies the pom and a pekingese they all left looking excellent. when i droped gatsby off today he was not feeling well he had got sick in the car and thear was vomit in his bag Patty said not to worry she would clean that too.
the groom took about an hour and 15 min but i got thear eary and had to wait on him about 8 min
when he got back he was beautiful he looked amazing and he was not scared and upset like when we leave the groomer at petsmart
he was even and fluffed and soft unlike when we leave our old groomer when his hair is usually dry and limp
i was impresses and because it was really just a trim not a full groom she only charged me half price $10
gatsby was fine the whole way home and he even played with the cat a little when he got home
it was an hour later when i noticed him just laying around that i picked him up and seen on his chest/belly area right above his winky three small patches of razor burn one of them rather swollen. icalled her right away and asked about it she said he jerked really bad when she did his chest every time she came close to his winky (i have had other groomers complain about this) she apologized repeatedly and even offered to give me back my money and groom him free next time if i chose to bring him back. now im not sure if will or not but more importantly
what should i do about the razor burn? is thear something i can put on him to make him feel better and help it heal faster? something to make the swelling go down?
