Scooter has started to pee on the bedskirt and throw rug next to the bed. I noticed some yellow spots a week or so ago and didn't pay any attention then the spots got more numerous and it dawned on me what was happening. I washed the rug and the skirt but the stains are there again today. I sprayed it with some stuff that's supposed to keep them away but he obviously pays no attention to it. I really don't know what to do or why he started peeing there. I need help.
