Excellent explanation. I'll have to explain to my groomer that although Bug has a 'crappy coat' when it eventually grows it will probably be gorgeous and silky, because she definitely has the drowned rat look. She is over 1yr old and still the hair on her body does not grow, only on her head... Baby is a cottony coat that grows and grows.

You should produce more informational videos...love your models!
