I have to agree with capt noonie. A tattoo is so permenant. I let my daughter get a tattoo on her ankle on the day she turned 18. I took her. In her case she almost lost her leg and was told if her surgery didn't go well she would never walk. She is a very determined kid so I let her get it. She now wants another on her rib cage and I say no way!!!

The 23 is her birthday and her college soccer number.

ps she did fine with the surgery and she is going this thursday to have her scare fixed and that's it 5 surgerys is enough
What do you mean about her surgery? Poor thing! Her tat is beautiful.
