Not opinion at all, but based on facts. There are certain things that one looks for in a breeder, several red flags on this one. Yes, you buy your breeder first, then your dog. Being a broker doesn't make a breeder. Brokers are obtaining dogs from BYBers & Puppy Mills.....all is based on cost and profit....not for the breed.
Recommendations should be made on a breeders long term reputation. Not on one person's short interaction. In other words.....look at the pups health one, two, three years down the road. Contact others that have obtained their dogs from a beeder.
