The Biewer is trying to establish themselves as a separate breed. I'm not starting anything as someone stated a post or two back. I love all dogs and yes the Parti is a cute and pretty "pet" and makes many people happy

Okay, so parti colour is like unusual small yorkie, marketable fault so lots of people breed, and Biewer is legitimate breed attempting to gain recognition?
