Parti's are a yorkshire terrier but it is a major color fault within the yorkie standard. The YTCA is not afraid of the Parti yorkie but in "AKC" shows they can not be shown. I show only AKC so I don't know the other registeries nor care where they are shown as I only show AKC.
The Biewer is trying to establish themselves as a separate breed. I'm not starting anything as someone stated a post or two back. I love all dogs and yes the Parti is a cute and pretty "pet" and makes many people happy
I and many other believe in upholding the Yorkshire Terrier Standard.
I don't want this to start a battle because the OP was wanting a question answered so I think we as adults can keep it civil
