Here are some pictures of my baby Nala who is about 7lbs in her black Kwigy Bo Alex size Large... Overall the bag is good for sneaking your baby into places... I'm 5'4" and about 107lbs, the bags a little big and heavy for me, but good for short trips to the store.
The large size does fit my baby perfectly though. I'd prefer the small size, but i think my baby would be crammed in it and i dont want her to be uncomfortable.
