I'm just amazed at how some people can be "stupid" about simple things, even their pets.
I ran into another yorkie owner that was impressed with Bella's harness. They were saying maybe they should get theirs one because of the look. They are using a leash on the collar. The question of the day was, "Is that why mine does that coughing/gagging sound?" Duh!!! I know I go overboard on research, but it just makes sense if one has never owned one or even another breed of dog. So anyway, I explained that yes that's why the dog was making such a noise and eventually he would have to have surgery because of the callapsed treachea or it would kill him. "Oh I guess I need to go to Wal-mart." The dog is 7 years old. Lifetime leash user.
