I know we were just PMing and I think you do responsible thing finding care for him but in my opinion this not good idea.

It would only be for one school year And I do honestly think it is best for him. My mother just won't have time, at all. I'm going to technical school for the first two, then hopefully I would be getting into the college of my dreams (in-state) which would allow for me travel back and forth between school and my mother (I'll probably live in dorms then and if at all possible depending on how busy schooling really is). Its only about 40 mins from my house.

It would only be the last year that I would consider this option. Cody would have been sent to her for training anyways so I see it as that last year being a good year for him

Of course I do see your point. Anything can happen in two years, but that is our plan.
