My aunt brought this over for Stewie yesterday. The dog coats @ Walgreens are $5.99 or 2 for $10. Stewie is 8lbs and wears a size small.
It's really well-made, soft and warm. It's long and covers the back, but is cut out on the underneath for pottying. I'm very pleased with it!
