I thought that it was just Casper being wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to spoiled but he would not go potty yesterday when it was raining real bad. This morning when i got up for work he didn't want to go outside either and was jumping and scratching and barking when i put him outside. I live in Califonia so it's not that cold and he was wearing a jacket. Well anyways i made him stay out there while i took a shower because he was doing so well no accidents or anything and then when it started raining he refused to go out side and had a poo accident! long story short he got into a puddle and was a mess when he came in. (AH... THE JOYS OF PET OWNING) =)
