You are so right - I've learned the hard way that their idea of a trim and mine are totally different. The groomer I go to now actually brings out a book of all breeds and when I tell her something - for example I like the hair on Bridgets ears a little longer - she'll flip though pictures until I agree on what I want. I always use pics...even for my own hairdresser!
