Anyway, long story short, lol, I have been using Vellus Satin Cream on her pony tail before putting in a band and after baths, and never have the hair break from the bands anymore and the cream has helped her hair thicken up a bit up there. Don't think it will ever be as full as Nappys' is, but it has improved quite a bit since using the Vellus. |
MaryKay thanks for sharing and the tip on the Vellus, I'm definitely going to check that out! I always feel bad when Bailey loses hair. I'm going to use a comb to stretch out the band too before cutting!
