I am reading the excerpt wrong.
Does the 'invasive of privacy' only apply to "material" since the list of what is allowed is separated by "or." Which would mean that everything listed before would be disallowed....meaning that the thread in question would be a clear violation of the rules. Hmmm.....not very clear.
Oh well, clearly my concern is more on the grammatical structure of the excerpt than the actual thread in question itself....which I have now concerned myself about too long.
Surely I can calm my inner grammar-OCD demons and find something more interesting to think about. Anyway...moving on.
