Nancy, I think this post was great. I'm not trying to take anything away from your post, because it's great. Perfect song selection too. It really is what about them, too. So a person buys and rescues that one pup. What about the ones that are stuck producing more and more!

Yeah, I know what you mean, I think most regular members are fully aware of puppy mills, but I still think we all could do more to discourage people from buying dogs online. I think people don't want to be seen as rude so they don't speak up, and personally it's wearing to be called rude over and over, no matter how well you feel like you have worded the post. I think we need to tell people to visit the breeder's home in person, and we all need to stand firm in this. Even good breeders, who start off with the best intentions, may be tempted to take short cuts, if they are selling too many dogs too easily online.
