I agree - it's hope ! The media is doing a pretty good job also putting the word out there - even Pedigree ! which kind of shocked me considering their food etc) but at least people are forced to listen if they have their tv on and one of those sad and true commercials come up.
Now if we could get them to do more regarding animal cruelity that would be something wouldn't it ? Too many turn a blind eye to the disgusting problem this country should NOT be having and it's been going on way way too long.
If people really thought about the thousands of dogs/cats put to sleep due to irresponsible people and CARED .....a big dent would be put into those money making facilities. It has to be so hard for anyone working in shelters to make that walk with a doomed creature. How it's gone on so long is just beyond me. We should be better than this and I know things are being brought to light - but MORE needs to be done.
