My vet gave Slightly (16 months) "Vetra 3D". Has anyone used it? Is it safe? On the label it says for dogs 2-20 pounds. (Slightly is 4 pounds) Quite a bit of weight difference don't you think? They recommended it highly...but I am kinda hesitant to put it on him.

Anyone else used it??
