Thanks for the info Susanne! It sounds very similar to the things that I did when we traveled to Tn last Thanksgiving. I actually have the Mexican consulate a few blocks from my house, would they be a better source of information?
At least for now I can check into his chip. What chip company did you use?
Also, on the health certificate I got last time, the vet put Kaji's picture on it. Unfortunately, it's the one she had on file from when I first got him. He had a lot more hair, and was slightly darker so he doesn't look exactly like the dog in the pic, do you think that would be a problem? It wouldn't hurt to ask the vet to update his pic anyway!
