This is so true! I take mine to work everyday. Even the grouchy old curmudgeon that works for us loves him.
I left him at home yesterday morning because I had some things to do and I couldn't watch him. Around lunch, old grouchy came in and said, "I miss my little buddy, go get him."
He's become a little barker though when the front door opens.
